** 4-H exhibitors qualifying for the 2026 VA State 4-H Horse & Pony Show will need to register at the show and fill out any necessary paperwork and pay any 4-H fees, separate then SSF show fees.

It's time to Pre-Enter for the Year End Awards show being held on Saturday Nov. 1st and save money on Entry Fees! The online Pre-Entry form closes at 10 PM on Wednesday 10/29/25.

If you (or your horse) are in GREEN, you are qualified for Year End Awards!

If you (or your horse) are in YELLOW, you MUST show at the Nov. 1st show to Qualify.

We have a 4 show minimum requirement to Qualify for Year End Awards.

Exhibitors or a representative must be present to receive Year End Awards as none will be mailed out. Special arrangements can be made to swing by SSF after 11/1, to pick up any awards.

When viewing the current point standings you will notice that it is color coded and some names have been removed. REMINDER: There is 4 show minimum to Qualify for our year End Awards. The November date does count.

If your name OR your horse/pony's name is highlighted in GREEN, this means you have met the 4 show requirement and are Qualified for Year End Awards.

If your name or horse's name is highlighted in YELLOW, this means you MUST SHOW at last one OR two remaining shows to Qualify.

With just two SSF Open Show dates(10/11 & 11/1) left in 2025, those who have only shown with us once have been removed and/or not added to the point standings. 

You have until 10 pm on Wednesday Oct. 8th, 2025 to Pre-Enter for the Oct. 11th SSF Open Show.

Pre-Entry rate = $12/per class

Post-Entry(Day Of Show) = $15/per class

SHOW REMINDERS:

• There is a 4 show minimum to Qualify for Year End Awards (the Year End Show also counts)

• Exhibitor must compete in at least 3 division classes, to be eligible for that month's division Champion & Reserve awards. Some divisions have more than 3 classes, It is NOT mandatory to do all 4 or 5(in some cases) but you will earn more points towards Champion and/or Reserve if you do all 4 or 5.
