Well Hello Koko,

At 3pm on March 5, 2012 we welcomed Koko to the Farm!

Just Expect It at 2008 APHA Worls Show

Koko is by Just Expect It, a double registered Quarter Horse/Paint stallion based out of Ohio at Rosenfeldt Quarter Horses(http://www.rosenfeldtqh.com/justexpectit.html). "Patch" has his ROM in HUS in both AQHA and APHA, as well as qualifying for AQHA World show in HUS and placing in the Top Ten in Sr HUS at APHA World Show!

Just Expect It

Koko's Dam is CES Genuine Artist "Maggie". Maggie is by AQHA World Champion(in HUS) Sire Indian Artifacts, out of our own A Genuine Shot "Raven"(TB mare). Koko is Maggie's second foal.

Where are they now...

 Starting a new thing... every couple of months we will showcase a foal we bred and raised and see what they've been up to since they left our farm.



Cutter and Wes Gill at the 2011 AQHA Congress in Ohio

First foal(horse) we'd like to Showcase in March is "Cutter" aka Hot and Charming. A 2007 black AQHA gelding by Silks Shining Spark, out of Justa Lena Smoke. Cutter was born on a very cold day in Feb. in 2007. We knew he would be successful reiner one day and were so very happy to see him off to his new home with the Turners late in the summer of 2007!

We had the joy of seeing Cutter this past summer for the first since he left our farm as a weanling. He was being shown at the Rock Star QH shows in Culpeper, Va. We knew the handsome solid black colt when we saw him tied up at the trailer and and we're lucky enough to catch some of his warm up work outs. Sadly we were unable to stay for his classes. We also learned that day that there was talk of taking him to Congress and we're so excited to hear the news! We knew this colt was special from day one and are so happy he's found a great home with the Turners and has had wonderful training with the Gill's. We look forward to hearing more about the GREAT colt in the future!!

"Cutter has been under the guidance of Donnie and Wesley Gill. Cutter has been shown 4 times and already has a win to his credit and started earning points. He was 19th in the JR reining at the Congress. He showed no interest in the yelling,screaming or Congress mayhem. He went out there did what was asked of him and walked on out. He has one more year as a jr so we hope to try it again . We look forward to 2012 and what it holds for the little black foal we bought from your family all those years ago!"  ~ Evelyn Turner
